Alternatively, for Harvard departments or affiliates, internal billing may be arranged by emailing the following information to bbm@hms.harvard.edu: (1) the name and registration number of attendee, (2) the 33-digit account number to be billed, (3) the Harvard department name, and (4) contact information for the Harvard department's financial office (contact person, address, phone number).
