Applies Precision Deconvolution Microscope
Leica DMRB Microscope with a Digital Camera for light microscopy
Spinning Disk Confocal with 481nm and 561nm lasers on an Inverted Olympus Microscope
Both the Leica and Spinning Disk use software from Improvision - Open Lab and Volocity respectively.
Additionally, Volocity software,installed on a Mac G5 can open and render in 3D files from any of the confocals as well as the DeltaVision system.
Computers:
There are a number of MacIntosh G4s and G5s with Photoshop, Canvas, Illustrator, Acrobat and PowerPoint installed. There is also 1 PC with Canvas, Photoshop and PowerPoint installed and PCMaclan also installed. This means that you may access both PC's and Macs from this machine as well as print -through it from your own PC. Please see Dave for further information.
