In the Kleckner lab, I study the mechanics of chromosome pairing using a mouse ex vivo gonad system.

I am also working on the mechanical effects of HEAT repeat proteins like PP2A by perturbing them.

I bring a background in in vitro reconstitution and active matter physics from my PhD, where I studied motor-cargo transport in complex microtubule networks and bulk cytoskeletal proteins as active materials.
