I am a graduate student in the Kleinstiver Lab in the Center for Genomic Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, where my current research focuses on developing novel therapeutic genome editing technologies that move beyond mutation-specific approaches.
Originally from Guangzhou, China, I graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University with a B.S. in Biological Engineering. As an undergraduate, I conducted research with Dr. Heather Feaga to identify and characterize novel bacterial translation factors, investigating their roles and mechanisms in maintaining robust protein translation under stress.
Outside the lab, I enjoy playing soccer in the summer, skiing in the winter, and exploring good food all the time!
